Dear Julie

Thank you ever so much for all the hard work you put in to our wedding at such short notice. Mark and I and all the guests absolutely loved it (the hotel and all the staff there were absolutely wonderful) and we had an amazing day. When I arrived at the altar standing next to Mark, looking at the amazing view with the beautiful temperatures– I remember thinking wow – this is absolutely perfect – we could not have made a better choice!

Thank you for passing on my address to Alberto – I cannot wait to see his photos – he was absolutely lovely – I think we could have easily carried on taking photos for another few hours – he was a very entertaining and fun photographer to have!

Lynn did a great job too and I will write and thank her too.

It has been busy since we have been back – catching up with work etc – but the memories of our trip are wonderful – my dad already wants to plan a trip back to the hotel so hopefully we will be able to do that at some point in the future.

We hope this email finds you both well. Firstly thank you very much for your work and direction with our wedding over the last year. The venue was indeed the perfect choice for our wedding and the team amazed our guests and us with the service the food and the great reception party afterwards where people mostly relaxed on the terrace until 2-3 in the morning. The minister did a first rate job of a heart warming service and the choir sang beautifully and without whom the hymns may have been a bit wobbly. The flowers also were just beautiful and the guitarist was an unsung hero really, and just created a perfect ambiance.

We would like to thank yourself and Frank for the excellent organisation of the guests and the day. You did a great job Frank of introducing all the speakers and co-ordinating at the church and leading us all down to the reception, thanks both for making the day run so smoothly.

Just a very quick note to say thank you SO much for everything you did for us. We had such a wonderful day - it meant so much to us both and couldn't believe just how beautiful it all looked. Darren and i would like to say a big thank you for making our big day so special. As you may remember in the beginning we were very unsure about all the laws and legalities of marrying in Majorca and also being 2500 miles away how could I ever be in charge of my own wedding??

Well having met you, our worst fears were wiped away. You were always there for us via phone, e-mail, txt or Skype. (in fact i am missing all our e-mails now it is all over !!) You were very helpfull when we came over to meet you and you showed us venues. ( I know we were on a budget but the venue was so romantic and modern ) and the budget was kept to your quote ........

We will never forget our ‘Big Day’. The ceremonial tent was beautiful, the white chairs and altar were all so nicely decorated and all over looking the sea !! It must take you ages to set it all up. The Priest was so much fun. Our guests of all ages said he was the best priest they had ever heard. He really calmed Darren and me down. The venue staff were so helpfull and anything we asked for was catered for, the service and the food was excellent. Eating our reception meal over looking the sea has to be the best ever. Please can you thank them from us. Also organising cupcakes and flowers via e-mail works. Everything was just as we had both seen and wanted. Please can you thank them both from us.

Julie I am sure there will be some prospective Brides and Grooms thinking of getting married in Majorca and may be a little apprehensive as we were. I am very happy for you to give them my e-mail address and I can help to reassure them of using My Majorca Wedding.

I would highly recommend Julie at My Majorca Wedding if you are thinking of getting married in Mallorca. Julie knows her stuff and was extremely efficient, as too are the contractors she uses. Julie has some fantastic contacts and managed to arrange an outstanding and friendly priest to marry us and also arranged efficient transport, a brilliant photographer and great people to do our hair and beauty. You definitely need someone like Julie for the paperwork side of the marriage too as it continually needs to be checked and chased and there is also a lot of running around at the Mallorca side if you are marrying as a catholic, which Julie knew all the ins and outs of and took complete control.

Whenever I had any questions Julie would reply straight away, we had phone conversations as and when needed and if your more in the 21st century than I am Julie has skype for face to face interaction. Julie checks, checks and checks again to ensure everything is in place and on the day takes total control so there is nothing for the wedding party to worry about apart from enjoying their day.

I thank Julie and her partner for all their help, support and assistance they gave my husband and I.

We have been back in the Chicago for a couple days now and I cannot thank you enough for making our experience in Mallorca so memorable! Everything flowed so nicely, and went according as planned, which all played a huge role in supressing the nerves for that day! The venue was even more beautiful than what I saw in the photos, and the priest could not have been more welcoming and loving.

The photographer and videographer worked out great, and I cannot wait to see everything! Our reception is July 2, and as you know, I would love to share pictures and the video with all the guests.

Just wanted to say thank you for putting together such a magical day for us. We had the most amazing time at the wedding and everyone commented on how great the event was. So thank you SO much! And please thank Frank for all of his help as well. You were both such a pleasure to work with!

Firstly, may I take this opportunity to personally thank you for your support throughout the last year both in the planning of and during our special day in Majorca.

From the moment Fay and I considered the possibility of getting married in Majorca and stumbled on the mymajorcawedding.co.uk website you have been integral in making our idea of the perfect wedding come true down to the finest detail.

Your recommendation of venues based on the criteria we outlined in our first telephone conversation could not have been more accurate. When we visited with you during our holiday in October, to say we were blown away by the venues you showed us is an understatement. This is testament to your exact understanding of our very specific requirements and it was that visit that made us truly feel we could make it happen.

Your considered handling of our tight budget enabled us to focus of the finer details without looking over our shoulder every moment we had a decision to make and relieved pressure as we neared the wedding day.

The links to reliable contractors for cake, flowers and music amongst other things fitted the bill perfectly and again ran with seamless coordination both before and during the event.

Without doubt though our greatest gratitude must go to you and Frank for your management from the moment we arrived on the island on the 16th October and throughout the day on the 17th. All of our guests commented on how relaxed we both were and this certainly would not have been the case without you guys. I know Fay appreciated immensely the time you made to ensure her every need was catered for and this ultimately led to both of us enjoying the day more than we could have imagined. Frank’s general demeanour, friendly approach and compare duties throughout the day was a fantastic bonus and considering this was almost something we thought would ‘just happen’ actually added huge value to the occasion.

Based on initial feedback we have had from friends and relatives I think it is safe to say the whole weekend was a huge success. Many have said the best wedding they have ever been to and certainly for Fay and myself I think it is safe to say that this has been the best weekend of our lives and we owe you huge thanks for the part you played in making it happen.

We have just returned from honeymoon and unfortunately getting back to reality now!!

Well it's hard to believe that it's all over now! Mike and I both want to say a big thank you to you for helping us to produce such a wonderful wedding! I'm sure I said it to you on the day but it all seems such a blur to me so I want to be sure you know that we really did have the perfect wedding day. We absolutely loved it! We both just wish that we could go back and do it all again and this time round take it all in! I don't know how but the day just went past so quickly. Anyway, thank you for all your help in preparing for the day and then the execution on the actual wedding day. It was great working with you over the past year.

It was lovely to meet Frank on the wedding day as well and please do pass on our sincere thanks to him as well for all his help on the wedding day.

I think you knew it from the start that the venue really was just perfect for us. The wedding was everything we wanted in terms of being very stylish but yet relaxed, superb setting, fantastic food etc and obviously the venue contributed a lot to that. We enjoyed the day so much - the ambience was just lovely and it was great to see all of our friends and family having such a great time.

Weren't we lucky with the weather!! I couldn't believe it when we woke up on the Monday morning and the thunder & lightning was rumbling. We had a very wet few days in Soller after the wedding. Oh well - we didn't mind as long as it had been great for the wedding day. And we had such superb weather in the Maldives so we still had plenty of sunshine for our honeymoon.

So I just thought I'd give you some feedback as well on the various subcontractors etc - I know it has no impact on us now but I hope you might find it useful for your work going forward...and you know me, always thorough!

Venue - we were thrilled with the venue. I think with regards with some of the admin, booking terms etc they may have been a bit tricky to deal with and that's where I'm glad that we had you involved. However, in terms of what they provided for us at the time it was 1st class. The service was wonderful and the maitre´de is just superb - having him on board gave us a lot of confidence. We have had so many compliments about the food and wine - this was a very important part of the event for us and I think I would say they exceeded our expectations. We definitely hope to visit the venue again in the future. We were very sad to leave on the 28th September.

Priest - we thought the priest was excellent. He is a really lovely guy and he delivered such a wonderful ceremony for us. Found him very easy to work with. Was great in all the preparation & lead up to the ceremony & the rehearsal that he did was great. His execution on the day was superb. We were pleased at how he allowed us and encouraged us to personalise the ceremony. So many people commented on what a beautiful ceremony it was.

Decoration & DJ - The services on the day were great. We loved the candle bags!

Guitarist - We were so pleased with the Spanish guitarists. Again they were very easy to work with, so accommodating & really wanted to please us. The music was beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

Photographer - wonderful! We haven't seen the finished product yet but I have every confidence that we'll be very pleased with it. As you know he is a great guy - I was so comfortable with having him around and we both really enjoyed his company. At times he was almost like a guest at the wedding! He worked really hard on the day. Can't wait to see the pictures - I'll give you more feedback when we do.

Childminders - this worked fantastically well! Thank you so much for getting those ladies. We didn't quite know how it would work but it went so well. I think it was one of the best things we did on the day considering the number of children we had. The parents also thought it was great. It worked out well for us as well that they finished after the meal - lots of the kids enjoyed the dancing!

Cake - This was good. The cup cakes looked good & tasted good.

The main point I want to stress again though is a big thank you to you and Frank for all your hard work and help. On a personal level as well it has been great to get to know you. I genuinely mean it when I say that we would love to catch up with you over a coffee or glass of wine when we're back on the island in the future.

We had a fantastic time thank-you so much! So sad its all over and have come back to earth with a bang now defo the wedding blues! It was such an amazing day, we would be happy for you to pass on our details to other brides and grooms as we know how hard it is deciding where your money should go. Your services were well worth the money and it gave us a wonderful sense of calm throughout the whole process so we could relax and enjoy the most wonderful time with the people we love. The day went so smoothly through our eyes and we know there was a lot going on behind the scenes but you didn't bat an eyelid what a professional. I hope we can stay in contact, I will miss the emails and having something to organise!! Thank-you so much for all of your help we will never forget it.

Well what can we say, we can’t believe it is all over. It was “wow”, “amazing”, “perfect” and as another guest said “it is like a celebrity wedding, are Hello coming?” Although we are far from celebrities we certainly felt like ones. We can’t thank you, and your team enough.

It was an exciting 12 months of preparation which because of your professionalism, understanding of what we wanted to achieve and approach in all areas, was seamless and stress free, we enjoyed every minute, even the distance of 2500 miles never cross our minds. You communicated regularly with us, ensuring all plans were coming together perfectly and they were.

The venue was magical, we were taken away when we arrived and saw it dressed, the views were magnificent and the whole experience was unbelievable, we kept pinching ourselves! The priest made us relaxed and comfortable during the ceremony and the caterers and his team were amazing the service and the food, especially “the Hog” were out of this world, I believe one of guests enjoyed it so much he ate the ears!!

The girls entertaining the children were a god send and allowed us all to relax and enjoy the meal, speeches and views, the children loved the games, dancing, face painting and especially the piñata. Joshua is still showing everyone the picture of him as spiderman! which is one of hundreds of photographs which captured the whole day. We were thrilled when we saw the day captured on film. Andrew has given us more memories than we knew we could have, no one knew he was there he melted into the guests and became one of the wedding party, he was fantastic and his pictures made my mum crying, thank you Andrew.

We will praise and thank you all for ever, it was perfect and could never be replicated. Please thank everyone for us, especially the DJ as the guys loved his Michael Jackson tribute medley at the close of the evening.

A huge thank you to Julie at My Majorca Wedding who made our day truly special. Julie organized everything from finding the venue and church to recommending suppliers for music, flowers and beauty. Through regular email and telephone contact with Julie we agreed most of the wedding details with ease. A weekend trip to Mallorca allowed us to finalize all details and meet the suppliers and see the church & venue in person. The weekend planning trip set the standard to which Julie and the team operate with Julie sending out an itinerary beforehand so we knew where we had to be, at what time and who we were meeting. We knew that with Julie's attention to detail the wedding day was going to run without any hitches!

Julie and the team were there on the wedding day operating with military precision to ensure the day went smoothly. Our guests all loved the wedding from the wonderful church service, to the spectacular venue where the champagne reception and wedding meal were held. Many of our guests said the wedding was the best they had ever been to and compliments don't come higher than this!

Just wanted to thank you and your team for all of your help, advice and above all patience in organizing our wedding in Palma. It wasn't easy contemplating how to organize such an important event all the way from Singapore, but on the day everything ran like clock work and was picture perfect. Marianne had the room and setting organized beautifully and the entertainment - The Trio & the lads from the band were excellent - keeping the floor full for the whole night. Not having to worry about anything on the day (except getting to the church on time and the speeches!) was what you promised and it was all true. The setting and staff at the wedding venue were excellent and ensured that everyone enjoyed the day. Andrew our photographer was excellent and we can´t wait to get the photos.

It truly was a day that we'll never forget, and one that our family and friends will also remember forever.

Just returned from our honeymoon in America and Turks and Caicos. We had a brilliant time. Its strange coming back to all the wedding talk and pictures. It seems like so long ago.
 
We just want to thank you so so much. Everything turned out perfect, better than we ever expected. It really was a magical day.
 
Everyone you chose to help were just lovely from the hair and make up to the florist. It’s amazing that after a 10 minute chat he understood exactly what I wanted and produced even better than i imagined. I couldn't put my bouquet down all day I loved it so much.
 
Marianne was so good with all her advice on the music and organised it all so smoothly. The lights and candles really made the hotel even more beautiful than it already was. The photographer took some great pictures, I still have to put some time aside to pick from over 900 photos to put in my album. We really did get our moneys worth!  The same with the girls that did the DVD everyone loved them. All the guests are still saying how much fun they were. Both the videographers and the photographer just blended into to the background you wouldn’t even know they were there.
 
We watched the wedding video last night for the first time. It really is unbelievable. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They are going to put a short highlights version on their website, you can take a look. You should definitely recommend them to all you future clients , infact I can't recommend everyone highly enough. Even the cake turned out great and I didn't even need to meet or speak to the cake maker. You were so easy and lovely to deal with in the whole run up and Frank was great on the day, What a Gentleman!
The priest performed such a lovely ceremony and was so relaxed and good with all of us especially our son Josh. He was so flexible and helpful when putting together the order of service, it was a real shame he couldn't stay a little longer.
Again, we can't thank you enough you really made our special day even more special than we ever imagined

Once I had decided to have my wedding in Mallorca, I knew I would need some help to organise. I came across “My Majorca Wedding” on the internet and thought it would be a great idea to set up a meeting.

I was nervous about meeting Julie as being a control freak I thought that I could never hand over the orchestration of such an important day to someone else. However, upon meeting Julie I knew that she was a consummate professional and had complete faith that she would do a fantastic job, so much so that I decided to pay the full fee and have Julie and her team take care of the whole thing. It was the best decision I made (apart from accepting Chris’s proposal of course!)

Julie walked me through every step, knew exactly what I wanted, listened to me with endless patience as I changed my mind a hundred times and always had everything completely under control, which when organising a wedding while doing a full time job is a god send and leaves you to concentrate on the other really important details – like a fabulous dress. Not having to research hairdressers, photographers, make up artists, florists, music is so great - such a relief especially in an unfamiliar country and everyone Julie recommends is fabulous.

On the day we had absolutely nothing to worry about; all we had to do was relax and get ourselves ready for our big day. Julie and team were on hand the whole time, but always discreetly in the background. The day went off without a hitch and it was absolutely perfect.

Julie and her team are exceptional and worth their weight in gold. Wedding budgets are hard to manage but I would say whole heartily if you are going to include anything - then this should be it. So thank you Julie and team, down to you we had a truly beautiful day that we will never ever forget.
